But get error:
Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/opt/local/var/run/mysql5/mysqld.sock’ (2)

So
2)sudo ln -s /tmp/mysql.sock /opt/local/var/run/mysql5/mysqld.sock

Works fine now.
